Payment terms

We partner with Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates (“Stripe”) to process payments, manage subscriptions where applicable, and handle invoices. Stripe’s services are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, Stripe Services Agreement, or equivalent terms presented at checkout, as well as Stripe’s privacy policy. By subscribing or purchasing, you authorize Spinnify and Stripe to charge your payment method for agreed amounts.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout unless stated otherwise. Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added based on your billing address and applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice as described in your plan terms; changes typically apply to subsequent billing periods.

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation flow in the billing portal or dashboard. Renewal charges occur at the start of each billing period. Failed payments may result in retries, grace periods, or suspension of access as described in‑product.

Stripe typically provides receipts and invoices by email or through the customer billing portal. You are responsible for ensuring billing and tax details are accurate.

Refund eligibility depends on the offer shown at purchase and applicable law. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled under card network rules and Stripe’s processes; misuse may lead to account closure. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support before disputing with your bank where possible.

We may update these Payment Terms to reflect product, pricing, or legal changes. Material updates will be communicated as required. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
